IMCC

The Moot Court Society successfully hosted the Internal Moot Court Competition (IMCC) 2025 from 1st to 3rd August at the NUALS campus, with over 250 students participating as speakers and researchers. Centered on the fictional case of NARC and Others v. The State of Rovenia, the competition engaged with pressing constitutional and public law questions on federalism, separation of powers, the right to health, and the delegation of sovereign functions to private entities. Nearly 60 judges, including esteemed advocates of the Kerala High Court, NUALS alumni, and academicians, presided over the rounds, enriching the proceedings with their expertise. Marked by meticulous research and spirited advocacy, this event stood as a true celebration of the mooting culture at NUALS and offered a valuable learning experience for all participants.
